I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for the wonderful experience that you and all of the others provided at camp this summer for Ian. He cannot stop talking about it. Every day, I hear about another exciting adventure or funny story while he was there. He is already making plans for next summer. Ian has been going to summer camp since he was seven, and this was by far the best experience he has ever had. I was really happy to find out that even during the time in camp, he was still very busy doing day hikes and other fun activities and not just sitting around.
Thanks again to all of you, and we hope to see you next year….

Andrew,
Anthony had an AWESOME time. He's had nothing but great things to say about his experience. He said he's definitely going back next year and mentioned a 10 day hike prior to the start of the sessions? He also said that he wanted to go back every year until he could become a counselor. I think that speaks very highly of you and your staff. Thank you.

When I signed Kristen up for camp she determined that I didn't like her so I was 'sending her away.' By the time she returned she was convinced that I had given her the most wonderful gift that could be given. I knew that Kristen would thank me eventually, but I had no idea that her 4 weeks would be so awesome!

Poulter is home. I am who I am greatly because of the role Poulter played in my life.
Ben B. from Eugene, OR writes:
Poulter is the place that I not only learned how to use a camping stove and orienteer; it was the place that I learned who I am.
Rebecca G. from Saint Louis, MO writes:
Not only was Poulter a really fun place to be, but it was also a place to learn about myself and discover the person that I am today. I am still really close with friends I met my first year at camp!
Alex B. from Steamboat Springs, CO writes:
Poulter Camps has been life-changing for me, because it helped me understand myself better. I met amazing people and will never forget the trips, especially to the Flattops and The Great Sand Dunes.

After I get home from camp, and begin to unpack my bags, I immediately get excited for next year's summer adventure.
McKendree J. from Salt Lake City, UT writes:
Through my camp experience at Poulter, I have truly found myself while learning to work with others in a group setting and learning more about the wilderness and my surroundings.

I must tell you that the changes in my son are not just because he learned how to climb a mountain and cross a river; they are about how he feels about himself and the world around him. About the way his peers and counselors helped him grow and understand himself and others.
